GCVPRINT is an Australian-based custom printing and packaging service provider, offering printed products including (but not limited to) paper bags, packaging, labels, and related printed materials.
All Services are provided subject to these Terms and applicable Australian laws.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with GCVPRINT.
You agree to use our Services lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, or disrupt our website or systems.
4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website, email, or sales representatives are considered offers to purchase.
4.2 Order Acceptance
An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing (including via email) or commence production.
4.3 Artwork Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production. Once approved, changes may not be possible.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST unless specified.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3 Errors
If a pricing or typographical error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and provide a refund if payment has been made.
6. Production & Delivery
6.1 Production Timeframes
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order complexity, material availability, and approval timing.
6.2 Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. GCVPRINT is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
6.3 Risk
Risk in goods passes to you upon dispatch.
7. Cancellations & Changes
7.1 Before Production
Orders may be cancelled or amended before production begins, subject to administrative costs.
7.2 After Production Commences
Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible, and full payment may still be required.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of printed products, refunds or returns are not provided for change of mind.
8.2 Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If products are faulty, damaged, or not produced in accordance with the approved artwork, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear evidence.
8.3 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Customer Supplied Content & Intellectual Property
9.1 Customer Content
You warrant that you own or have permission to use all logos, designs, trademarks, and content supplied to GCVPRINT.
9.2 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GCVPRINT against any claims arising from the use of customer-supplied content.
9.3 Our IP
All website content, designs, templates, and materials created by GCVPRINT remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Colour, Quality & Variations
Printed colours may vary from on-screen previews due to screen settings, materials, and printing processes. Minor variations in colour, size, or alignment are considered acceptable industry standards.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to reprinting the affected products or refunding the amount paid for those products.
12. Website Use & Availability
We aim to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Force Majeure
GCVPRINT is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier delays, strikes, or system outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
